See it in your space before you buy
Choose a 2D and/or 3D layout when you submit your cart and the D12 design team will create a furniture plan and 3D space view using the products you are considering. Design Services: $65/hour, 2-hour minimum.
- Send us your space. Upload a floor plan, architectural plan, PDF, CAD file or sketch — or just give us the dimensions.
- Minimum included. The 2-hour minimum ($130) is added to your quote request; D12 confirms the final hours in your proposal.
- Nothing is charged today. Payment happens after you approve the proposal.
- Receive your plan. A scaled furniture floor plan and a 3D space view of your arrangement. (This is not a photorealistic rendering.)
Design Services — $65.00/hour
D12 Space Planning & 3D Design Services include (1) a scaled furniture floor plan showing the proposed placement of your selected furniture and (2) a 3D space view of the arrangement so you can understand scale and circulation. This is not a photorealistic rendering. D12 reviews your files first and sends an estimate of hours for your approval before any design work begins.
